Candles- advice needed- drip/non drip etc

I need to start stocking regular candles- the long white common sized ones- for the average candle holder. I've bought a few and starting to think that drip ones won't work for me (one of my holders a little wonky so very messy). But seem to think that no drip means a lot of smoke- don't know why, maybe I read somewhere. Also, I use it a lot so need a lot- wouldn't mind paying more initially if its recouped in the end- don't need scent (although would love to hear suggestions anyway). Its more for dining. Any good/bad experiences? Advice? Don't have a budget as yet so happy to listen to any suggestions.

Hi, I buy in bulk at Price's (they have a website) and they are fantastic - no drips or smoke! They usually have a sale on too but I tend to use the plain ivory dinner candles. Hope it helps!

Tia.

Tia4, I think you'll find the evidence of smoke eventually......

No such thing as a 'smokeless' candle......

I think the soy claim to be, but I think not......
