Removing mould/mildew from pushchair - is it possible?

Dug out pushchair from garage in the hope of maybe sticking it on ebay to discover mould on the hood and seat cover. Stuck the seat cover in the washing machine and the molud is still there. I can't remove the hood.

Any of you wise women know of another way to treat it?

Thank you

Nope. I tried everything. Lemon juice, leaving it sun etc. Nothing worked. In the end I had to pay for a new seat.
