Pretty containers for laundry (more attractive than a basic plastic laundry basket, but not an actual wicker basket)?

Anybody got any suggestions?

I want to buy something to put my laundry in - it will be on show in a shelf in the kitchen so want something suitable.

It needs to be fairly thin (25cm to 27cm ish high) to fit in the gap I have got.

Oh and I'm not sure about wicker as I'd like to be able to clean it - have seen some fake rattan ones in argos, but they are not in stock.

Why not wicker?

For dirty laundry? Or lovely clean folded piles?

X post! What about lined wicker? Then you could wash the lining. Have you looked at laundries on pintrest? There are loads.

I guess I could wash the liner in a wicker basket - thanks. I want to get three in total, so it would be a mix of stuff - dirty laundry and folded dry laundry waiting for putting away/ ironing. Not sure of the system yet, will look in pintrest for ideas.

Thanks.

If you are getting three then you could get white ones that match and then either tie on labels or use Cath kidston labels (amazon). I live in a stupid Australian open plan house spin have to keep my vanish in a glass jar or have my eyes dazzled out while I am watching 'Neighbours'.
