I need some advices because I think I´m spending too much for a family of 3, about 1000 GBP monthly for a couple and a 2yrs kid, including milk and nappies. Any tips are very welcome, best market chain, seasonal products, cheaper places to by meat, chicken, eggs (supermarket or butcher´s shop)? What about fresh vegetables and fruits?

Thanks

Nah, got loads in! Waitrose own for £11 too. Wouldn't waste money on anything better outside of duty free and it decants beautifully into the Bombay Sapphire bottle - a little trick my dsf taught me Wink. Slice of lime or dash of ab's and you can fool almost anyone Grin. Economies here, see.

Yikes, that's a lot!

How much do you actually pay for meat and fish? Why do you include eggs and grains in the stuff that costs you the most...

We need a full weekly shopping list, with costs, and a rough week of meals

Meal plan is my key. DH did a spreadsheet with approx 40 meal choices on it and the ingredients needed eg spaghetti bolognese - mince, spaghetti, onion, stuff for sauce, Parmesan.
Every Sunday eve it's his job to pick what to eat for the week (he's more fussy Smile, then I make the lst from that and shop on monday for whole week. I am rigid to my list.
I usually stock up on non-perishable things when on offer. At the moment Pepsi max cans are on offer at my local shop so have loads of it for DH! Plus garage is full of cleaning stuff bought on offer. I confess I don't like our local Lidl or Aldi so rarely go to them so my savings are made through offers.
