No washing machine for 10 days

How can I cope???
My washer has broken despite taking out a very expensive insurance policy I have been told an engineer will not be here till 13th.
I use my washer every day. With 3 children (one baby ad one autistic who wets the bed) I'm not sure how I'm going to cope

TBH I'd be on the phone nagging about the availability of the engineer. Where did you buy the machine from? Might be worth speaking to them. Then I'd beg favours off the neighbours/family.

I'd be asking my next door neighbour if I could put some stuff through her machine, if I didn't have a sister or close frineds in easy reach. Think about it - if your neighbour was in the same position and asked you, of course you'd say yes, wouldn't you ?

Bed wetter is 11 so pull ups out unfortunately.
Got machine from comet who said there are no engineers in my area at all before 13th.
If I call in another engineer it voids my warranty which wastes £160! No refund!!!

Launderette is 8 miles away an I'm a childminder do would mean taking 5 children (one autistic one ADHD) with me which doesn't sound good.

Two neighbours will do a load or two for me which will be bedding and kids clothes. I guess I will be stinking lol

You can probably hand wash small things like underwear etc. can friends, your mum or anyone take a few loads for you? My mum is without a washing machine just now and uses mine, my sites and her mums!...it would be an utter pain though. Get them on the phone and try and speed it up. Hope it works out!!

Hand wash the sheets in the bath. Soak, stir,/scrub/ soak, stir,/scrub, rinse, rinse and rinse again. Wring. could even be fun
