just that really. I can't believe the pile of washing with a second baby in the house.

I just can't dry stuff fast enough to keep up.

What do you do?

Only wash whats dirty. Which means if it doesn't have poo, sick, wee, food or milk visible on it, it gets worn again. This includes adults too. Underwear excepted.

Invest in a heated tower airer from Lakeland:

www.lakeland.co.uk/21736/Dry-Soon-Heated-Tower-Airer

Just put washing onto the airer, cover it with a old duvet cover and leave it running overnight. Washing is dry the next day Grin The airer can take up to a full load each time (mine is a 8kg washing machine).

No clothing hanging over radiator, etc....... but I really can't be bothered dislike ironing, just can't seem to keep on top of it. Oh, the good thing about the heated airer, most things come out nice and straight-ish. If you are not anal fussy about ironed clothes, most of the clothes from the heated airer can be folded straight away Smile

Good luck with the findings ;)

The " contraption" mentioned above may be very similar to what I 'm about to mention!!! We have no room for a tumble dryer so have a " dry buddy" from JML ( I think, DH bought it!!) my DD is 12 weeks old & it's very useful. You hang your clothes up in it then plug it in & away you go!!!! Clothes dried within a couple of hours but yet to see how much electricity it uses though!!!!
