Anybody got a positive review/experience with M&S sofas ?

I thought I had found my perfect sofa with the Fenton range at M&S , lovely styling and comfortable to sit on in the store with 30% off this week. I googled for reviews and found a pile of anti M&S furniture full stop reviews with examples of awful sounding customer service as well which I wouldnt have expected from them

I know reviews arent everything and people are more likely to take to their keyboard if they have a bad experience but even so

Any thoughts ?

Eve though the last post is old I’ll add to the throng of growing opinion. Marks furniture of old was something that was dependable. We have a sofa ( passed to us after 6 months!) which is exactly as the last 2019 posted. Sliding cushions and the back cushions compress down in the centre... as mentioned before ..and look like ‘a herd of elephants have .... ‘ so I’d not recommend their sofas unless they’re one of their old classic design ( if they still do them). To the charity shop with a note explaining why it’s there!!

We have a Fenton sitting in the playroom with my dying to get rid of it. Bought a large and a medium one 6 or so years ago in our old house for the kitchen and pretty much hated them within the first week.

Uncomfortable, cushions drift around and always look messy, and one of the arms creaks slightly when you move. Looks cheap and tatty. We got rid of the large one when we moved, and as soon as we’ve finished some other house jobs the other one will be going the same way. Genuinely the worst sofa I’ve ever had and would never buy another M&S one.
