I have been spring cleaning this week, have done utility room tiles, playroom woodwork and entire kitchen with the assistance of magic sponges! I originally bought them for getting the odd scuff mark off the wall but they are bloody brilliant for all the nooks and crevices in woodwork (door panels, carved skirting boards etc) and for getting that sticky stuff that you get in the kitchen off things.
I got my first one in Waitrose, it is by Scotch and has a sponge on one side and this white, rubbery sort of surface on the other, then I got a box of half a dozen in Lidl or Aldi, I since bought a couple of packs on Ebay that are the white stuff only.
They don't last all long but they are quite brilliant!
I spray and wipe over with a cloth, then use the sponge (especially good for getting the muck off round the door knobs on my cream kitchen cupboards), then finally maybe wipe over with a tea towel to ensure dry with no smears.

I find that they remove paintwork and finishes from things, I'll only use them on noticeable marks.

Not heard of magic sponges, will have to look out for them, thanks for sharing!

I have just been using toothbrushes to scrub those hard to reach places.

They ruined my white kitchen cabinets (glossy MDF finish) when I wiped of splattered grease and fingerprints from them. Be careful, avoid using them on polished / high gloss surfaces as they scratch and soften the finish. They are great for heavy cleaning (hobs, ceramic tiles and such, and I was able to remove soot marks from a radiator on a painted wall). Teenager clean their trainers with them. But be careful - my initial enthusiasm waned when I realized how much they can damage. Now I need to have my kitchen cabinetry redone.
