So we have bought this www.johnlewis.com/230874104/Product.aspx fridge freezer in John Lewis after buying our very first flat couple weeks ago, so you can imagine that we are living on a very tight budget!
I have just seen that it has gone down almost a hundred pounds!
Does anyone have experience with John Lewis and their ?never knowingly undersold? policy? I think that during the first 28 days if I found it cheaper anywhere else I would get the difference from them but what if it is actually just John Lewis with the cheaper price? Do I just ask for the difference back or do I have to find competitor?
When we bought this we checked the price and it was the cheapest at John Lewis. But now they have reduced it so I am thinking there must?ve be a reason and they are matching a price of somebody else I just cannot see where?
I think it cannot be just online supplier that actually has to have a store you can go into too to qualify.
Please help me to get the difference back. I could really use the money towards flooring (part of) or a kitchen cupboard or part of an oven or a window etc. You get the idea!
