Help!!!!
I've finally got a cleaning routine that works and i can stick to. And ds is cutting back on his baiting dramatically. BUM!

How/ when do you clean when you have a non napper who is a monkey when unsupervised?

Oh and dc2 is due in April so I'm running out of energy already!

How old is he? My 2yo gets an episode of postman pat most days while I wizz round doing essential bits.

Other things he is happy to 'help' with you just have to allow double the time! He loves making beds, playung with the sheets bouncing on beds etc

2 is still very young to drop nap - surely he doesnt last all day without a rest? He'll probably fall back into it if you try, DS1 napped till about 3.

God help me when DS2 drops his - he is a complete wild animal who causes the mess.

Thank god for nursery days (I do two) expensive but for my mental stability and for getting decorating/cooking/business paperwork done. Any chance you could do one day? Or perhaps family (no help here)?.

I know it seems too early. But he always starts waking at 5ish when he needs less day sleep. He had 1h15 yet and was up at 5.15!!!

Anyhow we have no family close to help so it'll either e another blast of cbeebies or having a helper who specialises in mess! :)

It's a ball ache isn't it! My 2nd and 3rd DCs both stopped their naps just after their 2nd bithdays.

I have a quick tidy up, hoover round, sweep floor etc as soon as 3 youngest are in bed.

All I really want to do at that point (7:30pm) is sit down and sleep/watch TV; it takes ten times longer if I leave it till the morning, though, with 4DCs wanting my attention and needing breakfast whilst I'm trying to make packed lunches etc.

Try to have realistic expectations of housework. You must be exhausted - there is no tiredness like pregnancy tiredness in my book. Do as little as you can get away with, whilst still ensuring the amount you are doing is acceptable to you.

Cut as many corners as you can and remember to rest (I got almost NO rest during my last pregnancy!
Hope the rest of your pregnancy goes well Loon
