This is a dull one - tupperware-type containers

As it's the season of leftovers I've become aware that I don't have enough storage boxes, or apparently the right sizes etc. And the one's I do have are frankly rubbish.

I'm looking to replace them, probably with a combination of lock and lock and these

Are there any super-organised folk out there who can advise me on the best sizes/combinations etc? I always seem to have much too large containers, or not quite enough room, it's so frustrating!

Also, are there any of those unusual ones worth having ie onion domes or cereal containers?

Thanks in advance! :)

When I buy lock and lock I get it from QVC as I find their packs of multiple sizes are pretty well priced. Certainly much cheaper than buying them indvidually from high street shops.

I like the Lakeland ones (square) and I've some Addis ones from Wilkinsons which are good. The sizes I find most useful are the 0.6 or 0.7L ones for single portions or a couple of child-size portions, and the 1L or thereabouts is plenty big enough for a couple of adult size portions of stew/chilli or soup.

Lock and Lock are fab for fridge storage because they are completely absolutely airtight so perfect for cheese etc. They also do quite small round tubs which are good for odds and ends. But they are expensive compared to the Lakeland ones, so I stocked up on Lakeland ones for freezer use.

Super, thanks for the advice. I think I'll do a biggish stock up of the lakeland ones, and then get a few lock and lock for the fridge, with a view to getting more of them later.

I'll have a look at QVC for some, thanks for that Greggs.
