Oil filled radiator with low surface temperature - recommendations?

I've been looking but not a lot state if they have a low surface temperature or not - pretty important if you have little ones. I think the de'longhi dragon does, although not sure which model.

I dont want to spend more thann £100. Actually I'd rather spend half that, but its not worth it if the kids are at risk. I think we need at least 2k - its for the conservatory on a morning, and a timer.

I've never heard of one.
But was going to suggest a fireguard around an ordinary one.

As the heat radiates from the metal to heat the room, if it had a low surface temperature it wouldn't heat anything up....
I have a 2kw homebase one, was about £35 a couple of years ago - for the conservatory. Works brilliantly. The now two year old knows it is hot so hasn't bothered with it - the 'blades' face outwards so it isn't really an issue. But yes, A fireguard is your answer.
