Sports kit storage.

We have swimming kit, trainers, tennis & badminton rackets, cricket stuff for DH plus some kids cricket sets, etc etc.

It all need to go in our boiler cupboard, which is quite long and narrow with high celings, but we need to leave access to our boiler on the back wall. I am a bit stumped!

Any ideas/suggestions would be great.

TIA

hooks on walls /bak of door

drawstring bags for swim kit

nails on walls to hook rackets up on?

How often do you need access to the boiler? As long as boxes/crates etc are moveable it shouldnt be a problem

We only need access for servicing, so once a year.
Like your suggestions cybbo thanks, it would've been nice to use IKEA storage as they are great for this kind of thing but we live too far away.

I just bought shoe racks from argos for £4.99 each for dc football boots etc. I also have everything on hooks right up to the ceiling. Have hung helmets, sticks, goggles etc up.

Good idea re the cheap shoe racks for all the grubby trainers etc. Thanks.

cat I would do that but the boys share a room and there is no storage in it - we are slowly renovating the house so everything is a bit of a muddle.
I will get DH to put his stuff in our room though, since his takes up the most space.
