Hi!
I started homeschooling my kids a couple of years ago.
We might be having a big house move in the future, don't know how near of a future.... anyways.
I was wondering for how long should I keep their work. Do I keep all primary until they finish primary? Do I keep for 2/3 years? Do I lug everything around?......
Who knows the rules of this? 🙂
Thank you ❤️

You can keep whatever you think you might want to refer to for your own use or for sentimental reasons in future. It's entirely up to you. There are no rules.

Education is devolved, so the law is different in each country of the UK. In none of the UK countries would you need to show your children's academic work to anyone. In fact, you don't have to produce school-style academic "work" at all, for example if your children learn through hands-on activities or discussion then you wouldn't have any.

If you’ve had your annual contact with the LA (if you’re in England), then there’s no need to keep anything you don’t want to. They have no right to check the work currently anyway, but if you’ve gone under the radar, you might want to keep a few bits to refer to when you do eventually need to write a report.
