INTERHIGH VERY HIGH WITHDRAWAL FEES

Withdrew my child from Interhigh with notice! But 4 months later they write to me saying I owe them a full years worth of fees as withdrawal fees! They claim it's all in the small print. I'd first read and take note of everything before you enrol your kid.

Total rip off!

I had heard their contract is an interesting read. It was one of the reasons why we chose myonlineschooling instead. They require one month's notice and it has proved useful as I have dropped one subject for each of my children using their service. Interhigh have a bad reputation in the home-education networks I use to support my kids. I do hope your onward experience, whatever you choose, is better.

thats why we chose myonlineschooling as well!!

no contract! there is an enrol fee, then its 30 days notice after. like scooby we dropped a subject with 30 days notice no problem.

MOS is great!!

You could pop along to you local citizens advice bureau with a copy of the contract and ask them to help you decide if the term is likely to be enforceable (or a solicitor if you can afford it). Some consumer guidance here: www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/advice/i-think-theres-an-unfair-term-in-my-contract-what-can-i-do

tell interhigh you`re buggering off elsewhere! there are other online school providers.

I would watch out if you're planning on not paying (not sure if you have) as they are ruthless when it comes to debt collection.
