Just thought it might be a nice idea. Maybe something like a site link and a short explanation of ages or topics of study etc.

Say like cbeebies

Incompetech has free PDF file downloads of all different types of paper - handy if you need some graph paper, etc.

BBC Schools good for ages 4 to 16 if you want National Curriculum stuff.

Longman Homework Helpers has free downloadable PDF worksheets suitable from reception up to year 6 - mostly literacy based, but there's a link to Science ones at the bottom.

NASA Kids Club great website for those kids wanting to learn about space.

National Geographic Kids One of my DD's favourites for learning about the planet.

Spellmaster Foreign language vocabulary games (free, variety of languages)

MathsWhizz is great for maths from ages 4 to 12ish (by September 13 -14 too). It's fun, interactive, animated excercises chosen individually for each child, to support their confidence and expertise in maths. Suitable for all abilities. Have a look at the demo. EBAB · 27/07/2007 22:21

At this stage (ds is 3), we're into:

Google Images - for finding pictures of anything and everything (we use it to find pictures of Lego models, and then build our own versions based on them)

YouTube - to watch short videos of anything ds is interested in: Komodo dragon, an orchestra, a snake eating an egg, the Red Arrows, etc

cbeebies - for games
