High / mid sleeper for a room with sloping ceiling

DD, nearly 13, desperately wants an "elevated bed" ie a mid or high sleeper bed with a desk and a spare pull out bed underneath (the latter only to be used for occasional sleepovers). She currently has a king sized bed with storage, which she wants to get rid of.

The problem is that her room is under eaves and doesnt have a single long edge with the wall and ceiling perpendicular to each other- the ceiling slopes at both of the 2 longest sides of the room. The only way to fit a high rise bed is bang in the middle of the room where the ceiling height is 250 cm.

This will look weird and will make it impossible to accommodate other furniture comfortably (a side table, a small 2 seat sofa) in her room. A mid sleeper could potentially be accommodated, but will also not align with a corner in the room, without her being at risk of bumping her head when she sits up in bed. And the stompa models i have seen have a fairly small desk and no trundle.

Has anyone found an option for a mid or high sleeper that works with sloping / low ceilings? Does anyone's teenager still use this sort of bed? I wonder if this is just a passing fancy since to me she seems too old for a 'bunk bed'. I am encouraging her to get a single bed with a pull out trundle instead of her current king sized bed, to create more space in her room.

Thank you for your suggestions.

Can you build in a mezzanine level and put a mattress on it? I don’t think you’ll find something in a shop, but a joiner could build something.

A friend of mine had a bed built into the eaves in her loft. I suspect that it might not be very easy to change the sheets but it would be a way to get more floor space. Would that maybe work for you?

My eldest is under the eaves and has a mid riser,.no desk but he has storage underneath. He is over 6ft but doesn't hit his head. The side of the bed he gets out of is under the highest part of the ceiling.
