Does anyone have the Dunelm Fogarty All Season Wool Duvet? We are thinking of buying it while it's on offer because our current synthetic 13.5 tog one is feeling too hot and heavy.

Don’t know anything about wool duvets.
I have 100% down. This is the lightest ever. But I guess not helpful if you have allergies.

I bought a wool duvet (Baavet) and thought it was lovely-comforting weight and no clamminess at night. I’ve since replaced all our duvets with wool ones-from Wool room as less expensive-and wouldn’t have anything else!

Thank you, I've ordered the Dunelm one to try out and if we like it then I can invest in the more expensive ones when we need to replace.

We have a Baavet, bought on sale, which is amazing. Warm enough for cold winters but not clammy when it gets warmer, seems to breathe better than feather & down. Would highly recommend 👌

Also, I forgot the best bit, the filling doesn't move around like down or feather so you don't get empty bits or lumps.

Not Forgarty but I just bought a Slumberdown lightweight wool one and I am very happy with it. Light but comforting, unlike a light synthetic one, and I don't get sweaty. It rustled a bit though like feather. Definitely going to get a more expensive heavier one for winter.

The fogarty one (and other cheap wool duvets) used to have a polypropylene lining which crinkles and stops the wool from having its temperature regulation properties.

Yes I have the Fogarty one from Dunelm. My ex had one on his bed and I loved it because thin and I dislike big squishy type duvets. However my house is pretty cold in the winter so I do have to put blankets over the top.

I have the Wool room all seasons which is a 9 tog and 4.5tog that button together. We use 9 tog for large portions of the year, about to switch to 4.5 which we will probably use till September.
I love that wool doesn’t bunch up it is never sweaty.

Got a soak and sleep one that clips together. Love it, really good for menopausal sweatiness!

Oh yes me - I bought one in March and love it! We used a lovely brushed cotton duvet cover and it was so warm and cosy! Using a plain cotton cover since the weather changed and finding it quite cooling - so for us it’s been perfect!
