Wall colour north facing room

Hi all
My dd who is 3 will have the north facing bedroom we are slowly getting around to decorating. I want a colour to be on the wall that will suit now but also in time to come. The ceiling is white, blinds white and fitted wardrobes white so I don't really want anymore white, I did get a couple of testers of jasmine white, timeless Dulux but it's just to much white. I was thinking of a pink but don't want it to be to bright if that makes sense I want it to be on the neutral side that will still suit in time to come - the only paint recommendations I want are Dulux, I've tried other brands and always go back, so yes maybe a pink or if you know of any other neutrals for north facing room that will go lovely with white accents in the room that would be great thank you!

I’d get tester pots and paint a4 sheets of paper and put them on the walls and look at them at different times of day. In winter a north facing room and throw blue light making colours look cooler so I’d go for warm creams

A warm rosy pink on one wall maybe, and the same shade but very pale on the other walls? As pp said, north facing can feel cold so a soft pink would warm it up. You/your dd could then add other colours in bedding, rugs etc which could change with her tastes over time- teal, gold, purple, yellows, blues would all work with a warm pink.

This one looks quite buff on the card but think it will probably come out a touch more pink (not at all bright) in a north-facing room

I wanted a warm neutral for my north facing bedroom. I painted it dulux mellow mocha and it's got a definite pink tone to it. I wasn't sure at first, but I've grown to really love it, and everyone who's seen it has complimented the colour. Could be an option for you.

My dd is a bit older than yours (25) and her bedroom is north facing. She has two purples on her walls and we are about to redecorate it with Coat paint (I know, not Dulux) where they show colours suitable for the direction the room faces. Not sure these are actually from that range but these are what she has chosen. I'm sure if you like them you could get them colour matched with Dulux paints.

We have F&B peignoir in a north facing room - our painter colour matched it to something cheaper though!

it’s a lovely dull pink - not too girly- and goes well with white woodwork and grey and neutral soft furnishings.

I came on to say the same thing Dulux blush pink is a really soft pink and makes the room look warm in colour.
