Looking at a house with similar bedroom layout to this. Wondering if the two rooms would accommodate double bed and the other room two singles? Can't opt for bunk beds. Tia

A single mattress is about 3’ by 3’6, so it does look like you could technically get two singles in one of the rooms. It might not leave much room for walking around them though unless they were in bedroom 1? Could maybe also put them in bedroom 3 - one on the bottom by the window and the other in the top left. Doesn’t leave a huge amount of room for storage.
Bedrooms 1 & 2 could have double beds.

you could fit a pair of singles in Bed 1 or Bed 3 but not Bed 2.

Bed2 could have a small double, especially if it is for just one person so one side can go up against the wall. it would be pretty tight for 2 people.

if you need to fit 2 primary age kids in Bed2 in the singles, I'd get a trundle bed like this across the short end of the room

they could put it away in the day to get plenty of play space and pull the lower bed out at night just to sleep.
