Having doubts about kitchen colours

So, I had a Farrow & Ball consultation. It was online only, so the lady didn’t actually come to the house.

For the kitchen dining room she’s suggested:
Railings for the island
Slipper satin for the cupboards and interior doors
Wimborne white for floors, ceilings, everything else

I’m not sure I like it! I think the Wimborne White is too stark, and that there would just be acres of it.

What if I had the island in Hague blue? What would go with that, I’m thinking some warm creams? At the moment it’s quite cold in pale blues, so I’d like to warm it up. The flooring is large greyish tiles.

We’ve recently moved house, and I can’t afford a new kitchen, hence the painting.

How about a green on the island - Vert de Terre maybe? Instead of Railings.

My kitchen is verte de terre with Wimborne white on the walls and ceiling. I don't have another colour. We have Wimborne White throughout the whole house and it is a soft white, not at all stark.

I have WW on my kitchen walls - a small kitchen, but also had it in teche kitchen in my previous home which was much larger.
It has yellow undertones and whilst definitely not cream, it is a lovely warm white.

Can’t you find a kitchen you love on Pinterest and then ask F&B to give similar colours from their palette?

Thank you all! Appreciating the Wimborne white love and the other colour suggestions.

Am now thinking:
Hague blue island
New white cupboards and doors
Wimborne white walls, ceilings, windows etc.

I have a stiffkey blue island with purbeck stone units. It’s lovely and warm. The purbeck is such a soft colour.

Ooh thank you for this!

I don't have any WW in my house but I do have James White and it has far more colour/depth than I expected. F&B name their colours whites but they are more soft neutrals so not stark.

My favourite F&B white is Wevet, it's bright and chalky but you definitely don't need to get your sunglasses out. I don't think any F&B white is 'stark'. If you like warmer overall, stone or plaster colours work well. Railings with Setting Plaster can look great in kitchens.
