Waterproof top coat for chalk paint

Help!
I painted my kitchen table with a chalk paint (Rust-Oleum brand, the only one available locally). It now looks lovely, but obviously can't be used as a table, as it can't be wiped. What would anyone use to make it scratch, wipe and water resistant, as I take waxing it, is not going to be enough?

Clear matt varnish

Any wood varnish will do or does it have to be polyurethane?? I don't seem to find any polyurethane-based one here, grrr!

Frenchic does a top coat designed for its chalk based paints, which I presume would work?

For future ref their al fresco range is amazing and wipeable!

Thanks, I am not in the UK, so not freely available there, but might see if I can get it online!

For a table, waxing should be enough, you'd just have to reapply it once in a while. You can definitely wipe a waxed surface. It depends what finish and feel you are after.
