Privacy blinds options?

Can anyone suggest privacy blinds that don't look like they belong in an office please?

Thinking of buying a property but 3 of the windows look onto a shared path. The path leads to communal gardens and most properties have a private terrace so I've no way of knowing how much the path is used. Obviously privacy blinds would be needed regardless as I suppose the gardener uses the path.

I'd never heard if that. Thank you, it's a possibility if I can't find anything blind like that's not strips.

How about sheer or voile roller blinds? We have them are they are good for privacy.

Again, I didn't realise that was a thing, I've only ever seen voile used like net curtain (I've never lived anywhere before that feels overlooked).

Would they let enough light in if they were permanently closed?

We have day/night blinds like this:

https://www.blinds-2go.co.uk/day-and-night-blinds/refine/type-68?gad=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwg-GjBhBnEiwAMUvNWxhgMgYXbv0pn1DiNYP8hI5DfYmHFVqZ-Jx3Oof7mU2bMGxCRh3B-BoCfVMQAvD_BwE

The sheer ones through day you can see out of and they let light in but people can't see in. Then at night you can lower the other ones.

That looks ideal as we'd need a blackout blind too. Thank you.

@poppym12 We have double roller blinds the same as @Hugasauras and they are great. The sheer ones let in lots of light, the same as net curtains do. From the outside you can't see in at all (unless there's a light on!)

Also our 'night' blinds are all blackout, although be aware that there is a small amount of light 'bleed' around the edges which may be an issue if you're using them in young DC bedrooms.

No young DC, just a man who becomes annoyingly awake as soon as it's light.

We have Bloc Out blinds for total blackout in the DC's rooms, but they dont have the privacy option, they're just either up or down. They do work really well though!
