Painted bedroom wet after a week

Any ideas wat could be causing this? We had our nursery painted over a week ago, popped the single bed in once all was dry. I moved the bed out 2day to change it and the area behind the bed is soaking wet- not with paint, just moisture. The walls had paper on them so we painted over it- as had the previous owners. Im drying it out with a wee heater and open window. But totally baffled as we havent had many problems b4- a tiny bit of mould when the room.wasnt really being used and window/ door was shut for months- but i mean the tiniest bit in the corner. Im really disappointed as it is going 2 b 4 my baby and dont want any problems in there!!

Personally I'd strip the walls right back to the plaster just to check there's no damp or anything, if all looks OK then undercoat and paint. I'd also be tempted to get someone in just to check everything's as it should be with it being your LO's room

Check the outside of the wall.

The couple of days before the wall was wet, it hadnt rained so it was dry, since ive pulled the bed out theres been no more issues, and used a dehumidifier in the room. Painting in the winter may not b the best idea

@Catdogmouse1 , no it isn't. Painting is best done in daylight on a dry day with the windows open. Brr!
