So DS is autistic which is generally not a huge issue but when it comes to decorating his room it is. He will allow a short time for painting. I've chosen white so I can get in and paint as quickly as possible.
Furniture is going to be black/brown wardrobe and chest of drawers from IKEA. He's chosen a soft grey / silver carpet. Hopefully it won't smell too much when it gets fitted.
Bed we want a double divan with padded headboard but he selected several colours and then we need a blind.
Would you go charcoal grey for the bed or midnight blue?
What about the blind. I wondered about Venetian so he can control the light. At the moment he has navy curtains although they seem to stay permanently shut. I hate the curtains because they're short due to his radiator being directly under the window. Ideally I think blind and bed should sort of match. If I do choose Venetian should I go recess fitted or outside the window? His room is south facing.
What do you think? I am struggling to ask DS because he switches every 5 seconds. In the shop he pretty much picked every colour.
