I would like your advice on my bathroom issues please!,
We have lived in our house 20 Years , did everything when we moved in so now extremely tired and of it's day.
Dust children recently left so just DH and me left.
It's not a huge house but is a reasonable size and in a very nice spot nice neighbours etc.
However, I have recently retired( hurrahhh!!!] DH is keeping going a bit longer.
I do not know where to start with renovations as who knows how long we will be here as maybe we'll soon downsize.
Neither of us are DIY types.
We have 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo. Should I get a builder to do all three rooms or bathroom people?
We sleep on the first floor so we're thinking of losing the bath and having a walk in shower , we could keep a bath in the loft bedroom.
What do you think ? Would you buy a house with only a shower on the main floor?
Also Amy ideas of costs?
I feel so out of touch and overwhelmed but realise I need to tackle this now as I've seen what happens with older relatives when things begin to slide

We’re getting Indy fitter to fit then buying fittings through local Plumbline shop using his discount. He said better than buying online as any problems are easily sorted out. I asked on our local FB page for recommendations. We will be waiting 4 months by time he starts. It’s going to cost about 8k for one room. I like doing it that way as I can choose fittings myself-we did get a bathroom shop to quote but they wouldn’t give any discount and they suggested fittings.
