Moving house, renovating kitchen/dining space. Utility room off kitchen already has a sink. Do I need a second sink in kitchen section of kitchen/diner? Will I regret it if I don't? Will I ever need 2 sinks? Advice, please.

Of course you need a sink in the kitchen - where else are you going to wash vegetables and fill the kettle? Walking through to the kitchen with pans of water would be annoying.

I have a sink in both and its brilliant. As PattyPan says you will definitely need one in the kitchen for filling the kettle, washing food and your hands etc. It would be a nightmare having to walk across from the utility all the time. The utility sink is great for soaking washing / really dirty pots and pans and getting rid of dirtier water (mop bucket) that I don't really want near a food prep area.
