Denim drift in kitchen?

Going for a completely white shaker kitchen, white sinks, light oak tops and very light grey tiles and a white metro tile splashback.

DH thinks also having white walls would be too much of a whiteout…so has anyone any thoughts on what might suit?
Not too keen on green as we have green already in another room. Also not fussed on a dark navy.

Has anyone used denim drift? Is it too gloomy?

We contemplated it...but our kitchen is small and it would have been too dark and gloomy.....I do like it though....in the right setting

Not in kitchen, but in DS’s bedroom. It’s a lovely soft, blue.
I’d actually love it in other rooms too.

We have it in kitchen and I love it.

We have it in the living room and love it. It would be lovely in a kitchen.

I used DD in a small north-facing room and I absolutely love it. The woodwork is white but I think your light oak worktops would contrast very well with it.

I love denim drift and have it in my bathroom but I just have in my head that blue isn’t a kitchen colour which is ridiculous when you see how many people have navy kitchens. Go for it! Beautiful colour.

I have it in our bedroom but only on the main wall and with white/light wood furniture, I think in lots of rooms it would be too dark to do the whole lot but it is a lovely colour. I think the colour we have with it is called goose down which is a light grey/blue and it works well together.

Thanks everyone! Looks like that’s the colour to go for!

It’s quite a light room plus we have a filthy dog so don’t want something that shows every bit of muck Blush

I was going to use this for my kitchen but the tester pot showed it to be too dark, went for the B&Q Good Home (the own brand) Monaco blue instead, was actually decent paint, cheaper and is the perfect colour.

You know what? You may love it! And if you don't, it's paint and easily changeable! Go for it!
