Rather urgent - can you pick my radiators for 1930s house?

I've left this rather late it seems.. I urgently need to buy radiators for my house.. I thought we'd leave the old ones and just replace pipework and boiler but have changed my mind after reading up online. That gives me a week (faint) to choose and source radiators.

The house is a large but unmodernised 1930s house but it's more in the Arts and Craft style than art deco - traditional crittal style windows, some wood panels, large rooms..

Rather than going for cast iron which seems to heat slowly and are very expensive, we're thinking of installing steel column radiators to try to keep some vintage character. Then I've been wondering if we should actually do the opposite and go very modern!

We've a lot to buy so don't want to go too high end. I'm thinking of something like this

What do you think?

We just had some of these put in…

Can get 2 or 3 column, and our plumber was able to get hold of them quickly (as it was a stock colour). Only had them a couple of months but pretty happy with them so far (when they were still switched on in May!)

I think both links are gorgeous. I'm quite jealous of your opportunity OP.

I personally wouldn't go ultra modern with rads unless the whole decor is going to be super modern, with only the ‘bones’ of the 1930s house remaining.

Thank you @jaundicedoutlook! I love your radiators so will take a good look there. Very in keeping with the time while still thermodynamically sound.

@ThinkWittyThoughts - we're not going modern at all and are aiming for a modern twist on the old house. So I totally agree with your point.

Thanks both - the replies are most welcome!
