What type of dining tables and chairs to go with kitchen

New kitchen put in before lockdown, gloss units in cashmere, wood shaded worktops.
We have a big kitchen/ diner and the dining table is mango wood with leather chairs which I've covered in grey velvet chair covers and mango wood legs, now whilst this looks ok and the table chairs are good quality from next but about ten years old I'm thinking I would like to change them this year!
So what type of dining sets would go? I don't want wood because of wood worktops possibly not matching, so is it glass or gloss I've no idea? Help 😊

Not glass! Also, who matches wood??

Who matches wood no idea! but in saying that it was a comment last year from someone doing my kitchen that actually said oh your dining table doesn't match different woods?! I definitely don't want wood dining table this time round, not sure about glass but seems to be in a lot of furniture online sites I've looked at @FortunesFave

Ceramic topped dining table? Something matt to go with the cashmere colour?

A hard surface table will make the most terrible noise when plates/glasses are placed on it. I would have wood, something different to your kitchen. Or painted wood looks good, perhaps white or off white.

We've got this and I'm very happy with it. Not horrifically expensive (imo), unusual and practical. It does show surface scratches but I don't mind that

Oooh. That looks like the mega expensive tables I've seen at Chaplin's in Hatch End.

Chaplins! I love looking at their website

Cashmere/beige gloss might work well. Some do appear if you google but shade matching might be difficult.
I dislike it when woods in a room don't match.
