New kitchen - where do tea towels go?!

Just what the title says really 😂

I have a beautiful new kitchen that is almost finished and it occurred to me today that I don't want my tea towels hanging on the front of the oven door...but have no idea where else to put them!

Hit me with your genius ideas, please!

Ours get used and chucked in the washing machine.

I keep my tea towels in the cupboard above my sink. It's the same cupboard I keep my fairy liquid and sponge etc as I don't like them on display. It has turned into a bit of a cleaning/hide your crap cupboard, since I wouldn't keep cups/glasses there in case they fell and smashed in my butler sink. The cupboard below the sink is a cleaning cupboard too but I tend to keep dishwasher tablets, binbags, mini toolbox, along with other random crap there too! *I have enough wall cupboards to have this luxury.

They need to be close to the sink, but my advice not to place them above the sink, as I did. All the time, I accidentally manage to drop it in a full sink

We have the same rods as Zara linked to above. They are in a gap in the island next to the bin, which I don’t like, as it seems really unhygienic. I’d like them in the cupboard under the sink instead. Typing this makes me wonder why I haven’t just moved them ages ago!!

Update - have bought Command towel rails and put them inside the cupboard doors. One by the sink for the tea towel and one by the oven for the oven gloves! Really pleased with this solution!

Thanks all for the great suggestions 😊
