Putting up net curtains -- is this a job someone useless at DIY (me) can easily do?

This is what my window situation looks like -- it's a door leading on to my balcony and I have curtains and just want to add a net curtain or something similar for privacy.

Yes just screw in a hook at either side, out the net curtain through a wire and hang it up.

Yes. Really easy.
The only remotely tricky part is stretching the wire to get the hook into the second eye so that yoir wire is taut and your nets hang straight.

Thanks @Scarby9 and @missymoomoomoomoomoo

Don't laugh if this is a stupid question lol, but is easy to just screw the hook into the wall?

I did mine into the wooden window frame. The plaster on my wallsis mostly Victorian and crumbles away if you breathe on it.
The hooks have a screw on them, so I usually tap in a litle tack first and then pull it out to give me a pilot hole. It screws in more easily that way, I find.

Do you want to open your door?
If so, the net will have to be fixed top and bottom (ideally) to the door. You don't need wires you need Cafe Rods on hooks. The hooks could be those stick on ones if your doors are UPVC.

If your door opens outwards, then how about using tension rods. I use them on most of my windows. So much less faff than using curtain wire and hooks.
