Alternative plant pots for indoors - especially extra large

Please help, I have run out of plant pots and nice fancy jugs / bowls etc to use as plant pots. In the shops, pots for indoor plants cost £30 upwards and I have exhausted all the charity shop options.

I am looking especially at the moment for an extra large one, I have a huge plant that is gorgeous and just keeps on growing and growing. Any ideas such as a butlers sink or whisky barrel but that can be used inside so are totally waterproof but significant in size?

I don’t have any genius ideas but you could get anything that’s the right size and then put something cheap but fully waterproof (plastic bin / waste paper basket / storage box) in to line it and make it waterproof?

Curious about what the plant is

As for the container - how about those plastic garden tubs? The ones gardeners use to collect cuttings and parents use to put toys?

B&M had some big plastic outdoor planters earlier in the year without holes - fairly decorative, in grey or black, for £4-5.

@chopc means trugs, they are great in bright colours and cheap. I was going to say a plastic bin or bucket.
You could upcycle an old paint container or something.

Old metal breadbin

This kind of thing - they went up to at least 50cm.

Some did have drainage holes & some didn’t, you’d need to look at the bottoms.

Large outdoor pots, the plastic ones that look like terracotta.

Usually you need to drill out the drainage holes, so it should be ok, but you'd need to check.
Wilko is usually good for reasonably-priced plant pots.

Or this from eBay - 60cm, comes with a saucer!

This is the plant, sorry rubbish photo! I took it earlier to show someone and didn't realise lighting was so bad. It's not a cheese plant but looks a bit like it. I reported it about a month ago to the largest pot I had and it wants more room as the roots are trying to poke out the top.

The leaves are huge and gorgeous. Almost looks tropical.

I can take a better photo if anyone is interested

I turn it away from the light about once a week and it swizzles itself back round at speed, apparently strengthening in the process.

Looks fabulous and happy.

Is it a type of Elephant Ear? If so, a large bread bin is potentially a good call but with drainage holes, and on a pebble tray.

My thoughts were something like a tall bread bin or similar, with a pot on a saucer inside.
