Where would you go online for vintage prints?

Just that really! Looking for a site to find good quality vintage prints. Have tried King and McGaw, but they're quite expensive and they haven't got the colours that I'm looking for, so trying to find other sites if possible.

Thanks very muchSmile

London Transport Museum online has some nice ones - www.ltmuseumshop.co.uk/posters

What are you looking for exactly? You can get 18th century Japanese wood block prints quite cheaply for example, but they’ll be quite different to French art exhibition posters from the 70s.

Yes, prob best to be more specific - sorry! We've yet to decide on a theme, but thinking either French exhibition poster style, Victorian style drinks or vintage style city posters...

Etsy? Or the V&A shop?

Also - if you want large prints of anything botanical / celestial / old maps then Cavallini wrapping paper sheets are beautiful and look expensive when framed. Paperchase sell them, but I get them from Willow & Stone who also do oak poster hangers to fit them.

eBay? I've bought some from there.

I use online shops like junique or society 6 for prints. Google art prints and you get lots of choices.

It's the kind of thing Pedlars used to sell. Does anyone remember when we used to take the p out of pedlars? A thread about a giant spanner?

Just me then?
