Toddler girl toys in bedroom?

My DD is 20mo and I'm just doing up our second bedroom for her.

She's in a single bed so could get up for a play in the night, though she never has before.

So what toys would you have in a bedroom for a little one of this age range? Any tried and tested storage solutions?

Teddies, dollies, duplo - maybe a dolls house? Books. Imaginative play things.

Nothing that needs you to put it together or set things up!

The usual suggestions of IKEA Trofast drawers, we have the 'stepped' shape ones in our children's bedrooms, we have small and large drawers for things like Happyland, cars, big plastic toys, play food with plates, cups etc. They each have a couple of bigger toys we store on the lower top bit like a wooden pirate ship and small Happyland/small world houses which they like kneeling up next to on the lower step. My 5 year old DD has a big dolls house, and my 2 year old has a car garage. All quiet, imaginative toys upstairs.

They also have their lamps on top. IKEA do a really cheap sealed kids plastic lamp, cost about £3 and they can't touch the bulbs as they're sealed inside so really safe for little ones to use.

We have a big canvas toy storage box on the floor for big items like dressing up, teddies.

They each have a huge floor cushion in the corner of their rooms, I bought them from an online shop where they make cushions for caravans and boats so they were really cheap (£30). They have smaller cushion on top so it's a lovely cosy seat for reading on.

They also have those book cases that attach to the wall as they're really slim so don't take up floor space.

And the IKEA kids wardrobes you can mix and match the inside bits and change as they grow
