Where to find nice pots for big houseplants?

I’d like to find some that are neutral and natural looking. Terracotta would be ideal, but not if it’s the bright orangey kind; muted, natural-looking terracotta would be lovely. All the ones I can find are for outdoor use, though, with holes in the bottom. Does anyone happen to know where I can find terracotta or other nice pots for indoor use, please?

Thank you! :)

B&Q I have this problem too and don't want to spend a fortune on pots B&Q have relatively large ones for £14 ish incredibly reasonable.

I use the outdoor kind but put a shallow flat bottom bowl in the bottom ie. small washing up bowl otherwise choice is very limited. I've also used the bowl to be able to utilise things to use as planter i.e rattan basket , zinc dustbin etc

I have often pondered on this! I think the choice of indoor pots in garden centres is limited but look outside, however, and you have loads to choose from. What i have done is bought a large sand coloured outdoor pot with a matching tray and my parlour palm has been happy for years in that. Just remenber to put something under the tray as pottery is porous and will make the carpet go mouldy. These sort of pots are much cheaper too and give a Mediterranean feel to the house

I put the plants in cheap plastic pots without holes and then in nice outdoor type pots.

Homesense/TK Maxx always have some good pots in.

Thank you for the replies! @BooseysMom Did a garden centre sell the matching tray? It sounds good - don’t know whether it would be hard to find!

I like this, but wouldn’t want to entrust my wooden floor to a thin plastic lining. Does anyone think there’s anything waterproof I could put under it that wouldn’t look odd?!

Cheap plastic pot (I bought some from pound stretcher) inside a nicer one or what about using a nice outdoor one and filling in holes with silicon sealant?

May not match you decor ideas but I have my olive tree sitting in one of those wheeled trays so there is a gap between the pot and the floor - makes it easier to move when cleaning

@teaandcake246.. yeah they did although it was quite a few years ago. They were with the outdoor pots

This is what i have done with my umbrella tree.. see pic. I used a Elho recycled plastic pot and put the pot inside. I think this size was around £8.

Terracotta is porous so even without holes in the bottom you would still need to stand it on something.
