Making really hard work of this!

We have a large through kitchen and living space, the kitchen is quite dark though well lit and the living area is quite bright. The kitchen cupboards are cream with dark granite worktops. Currently the walls throughout are Lyme Regis - a pale green.
We're having a new sofa in navy blue velvet and painting throughout with new curtains if necessary.
I'm tying myself in knots about what colour to paint! Currently I have 4 F&B testers on the wall, mizzle, Cromarty, cooking apple green and Teresa's green. We all prefer the Teresa's green which looks pale blue but even then I'm not sure I love it. I'm trying to avoid grey as I think it's overused, and I think it might struggle with the dark kitchen.
The flooring is natural stone in the kitchen and wood in the living area.

Today I added another tester to the walls which is Dulux Coastal Glow which we have throughout the hall stairs and landing, its an inoffensive cream but then do I need to paint my units a different colour?

Ive added some pics and would really value your opinions, I used to be fairly decisive over decor and am annoying myself by dithering!

There were two more pics of the testers when I posted, I'll try again - excuse the mess! The first is the testers next to the kitchen cupboards

Which direction do your windows face? Asking as the picture makes the room look quite dark which mean I would want to counter with warm tones, pale yellow/orange shades of white if you don't like the really vibrant colours

If it is just the way the picture came out then I would be more inclined to the blue you posted than any of the other ones

They face south west so light in the afternoon but dark in the morning. I had considered a light yellow but discarded it, I have a tester so ill put it on tomorrow. I'm beginning to think ill just shove all the testers into one big pot and paint it on!!!

I would paint it two colours (from the same colour strip) - a lighter one in the kitchen bit (probably everything behind the breakfast bar), and a darker shade in the living area. With the difference in lighting, the room will then look a unified colour.
My parents did this in a room which had been extended, so was very long - the back half in a light colour, everything in the extension a brighter shade of the same colour. You don't notice it at all unless you look closely at the join where the original wall was.

Can't specifically help with colours though, I think it looks beautiful as it is!

The sofa sucks so much light so once changed, the room will feel lighter. Are you definitely on navy blue as a mid blue won't be as heavy and dark.

Light blue walls would look lovely and maybe paint the stools and side tables complimentary colours, it's dark and you have lots of wood tones but the floor and kitchen are lovely.

Really nice space already.

Thank you! I'm going to change the small tables, am fancying something funky and will be putting colourful cushions into the sofa but that is on its way and will definitely be navy!
I'm lucky to have such a large space, I've decorated it before without dithering and am currently close to staying with virtually the same colour just a tiny bit more green maybe
