What type of blinds for this sunroom?

I don't really want blinds as such, as I love the views from our sunroom, but the sun can be blinding at times, so needs must..
Would love something as unobtrusive as possible, and safe, as the window ledge behind the couch is the DCs favourite place to hang out
Venetian? Roller? Plantation ?

What type of blinds for this sunroom?

What a lovely outlook :)

I have roller blinds in my south facing conservatory, but they have dangling chains so prob no good for DC.

I will say that we only use them at this time of year. In the summer the sun is higher in the sky so we don't need to use them.

Thanks scarus - yeah I need to avoid the dangly-cord phenomenon alright, lest they used by used tarzan-style :D

Are you happy with them Just?

I'd like shutters but could probably build an extension cheaper!

justaweeone · 24/03/2019 22:35

I haven't got them but I know a friend who has , but not sure which company
Just used these as an example
Know what you mean about the price of shutters thought Shock

If they are double glazed windows, you could.go for perfect fit blinds. We got ours from Blinds direct, they have been a godsend in our south facing family room. No dangling cords, and they don't interfere with the windowsill either.
