Are they worth the extra money? They look fab and it really is my dream kitchen, but can I really justify spending £14k on a kitchen without any appliances or flooring?

We can afford it but I’m struggling to justify the price tag

Anyone bought & regretted spending so much or absolutely not regretted at all?

Just bought one from DIY kitchens - helmsley in frame. Love it. (DIY service not been great for me tho).
If you have a smaller space bear in mind that you kind of get less cupboard space with the frame restricting the door opening.

Thanks Mrs Monkey

This is my layout so not massive but not small either. We visited Handmade Kitchens Direct in Christchurch a couple of weeks ago & was super impressed with them & their units, and compared to some kitchen places it’s cheap in comparison.

I guess I’m worried I’ll go with a cheaper alternative and then regret it after a few years

We have our own kitchen showroom and personally I love the in frame. In our last house we had a fairly modern kitchen put in and in this one we have gone solid wood Inframe . I can feel the quality difference and love the fact you don't see carcass when opening the doors. There will be various levels of quality depending on where you go but they do look lovely.

The narrow tall cupboards (pullouts?) may not work well, they will end up being too small for anything.

Notmenono have to admit that’s been a concern of mine too; they’re only 300mm wide each

Also you want to look at how the doors are hinged. Butt hinges (traditional) show on the front but the door swings clear of the opening. Some ranges use a concealed sprung hinge more like a normal kitchen door, this has a huge bulky elbow inside that narrows the opening even more. With pull outs you can screw the frame and door together so it all pulls out as one.

Love my inframe kitchen - second one i have had. Would never have any other - but i also live in a victorian cottage so i feel its the right look to go for - if you can afford it. I also like traditional butt hinges.

Or you could go for the howdens Tewkesbury framed which looks in frame but isn’t
