Can anyone help me find a bathroom sink unit like this?

I don't think it exists, so I'm going to have to describe it....

Corner fitting, can have a bowl basin on top rather than a ceramic sink that takes up the whole top, wall hung, cupboard or drawer underneath.

Preferably white or grey. Not wood.

Help!

Could you get one built for you to fit your specifications?

We could, but our budget is very tight. We could modify something if necessary. DH is pretty good at these things.

I used to work in the bathroom industry and was fairly well up on what's available. I can't say I've seen a corner unit with a vessel (bowl) sink but It's be worth having a look at Victorian plumbing to check.

By the way, you can get really slim space saving units with drawers / cupboards if lack of space is the reason you want a corner one

Thank you! wax that's the only one we'be found too, snap!! It's looking likely as with the bowl, unit, tap, it's very good value.

Bloody DH is fussing he likes a 'proper' wash in a basin big enough to get both hands in to scoop water on to his face (doesn't he understand the aesthetics come before the ablutions??). The oval shaped option on that link seems to be satisfying him for now and the cupboard is handy.

The reason we want a corner one is purely layout. It really is a tiddly en suite and a corner one just means a square unit with square corners isn't jutting into the room.

Thank you

:o My DH is the same. We have a tiny en-suite too but ours is more or less square. So we have a large square sink next to a square shower cubicle on one wall as actually it doesn't really matter what size the sink is as you only have a small bit to stand in anyway.

Ours is the same shape as yours wax but different layout and plumbing. As it stands if you bend down to douse your face in the sink, your thighs hit the loo seat behind you. Or rather DH's do. I get in the shower if I need that thorough a wash, but anyway.....

Crap sketch here. Dotted lines are the change from a curved shower enclosure to a pentagon one, and from our current massive sink to a corner one with storage underneath

Swapping the loo and sink over might help?

We had one made using a kitchen unit with a white gloss door and a decent handle. Unit went in the corner with a piece of oak on top and a basin on top of that with a posh tap, love it!

DH said that glitter that he could modify something. That's another option.

Swapping the loo over is a possible, but it would mean extending the waste and then boxing that in, which would mean more work and less space. Leaving the plumbing as it it would mean DH can fit the bathroom himself (hopeful!!)
