I have an ensuite bathroom which has a hand basin, toilet and shower. These are operated by a Saniflo. Has anyone ever had experience of changing this from Saniflo to "regular, ordinary" pipes in Sussex? How easy was it, and was it expensive please?

I am about to do this but not in Sussex.

All the expense is in digging the new drains. Mine have to be quite long and go round a corner, which means digging a manhole, which is expensive.

So the big question is how why is it a saniflow? How much digging will be needed and though what?

Hello, thank you for reading and replying. I cannot see there would be any digging, as all the pipes are already there. When the ensuite was first put in, the builders explained that Saniflo would be best, as with "ordinary, regular" pipes, would involve pipes over the outside of the property and would look "untidy" and "odd". Now I'm older and a little bit more wiser, I'm not so sure, and would much rather a "regular" ensuite.
