My curtains look shabby so I need a quick fix before visitors come. Can anyone recommend somewhere to buy some ready to hang eyelet curtains?
Expensive looking ones in linen or cotton. In a cheerful/fresh but unfussy modern print, such as check or spotty. Colour scheme perhaps pink or grey or green with a neutral background.
Or perhaps just a plain silver grey?
Pretty please anyone.

John Lewis or next? What is your budget and what size is the window?

Have you looked an Dunlem Mill online? I got my hall curtains from there. They're pretty cheap, so I needed to replace the lining as it wasn't heavy enough for winter, but for summer they'd be fine. They had the pattern I wanted in a linen mix and they look more expensive than they were iyswim.

Otherwise, do you have a BHS home near you? They had some the last time I was in.

eBay. I bought some for the nursery a few weeks ago- grey with a spotty print. They had all colours and sizes, eyelets and tabs, very reasonable prices. Full returns policy too.

247 curtains and terrys fabrics have both been recommended on here before and have huge cheap selections. Can't vouch for them as I have awkward windows and am gradually going through the process of having curtains made for them all, but both looked promising for a quick lift.
