We're redecorating our living room and I'm trying to get inspiration on what colour to paint it.

Fresh linen homebase paint. Lovely and light and the paint was good quality. There is another shade called putty which I am considering for the kitchen.

Dulux Dusted Cappuccino, it's a warm grey in our South facing sitting room. It has really made the room look up to date.

F&B strong white on 3 walls (very pale grey) with Habitat Olive on the 4th (muted grey green by day, turns richer and more mustardy by night). I like the Olive so much I'm going to extend it onto the adjacent wall.

Very pale green walls with Wilko botanical green paper, pine furniture with green and pale grey accessories, very calming

Wilko paint is very good btw, i normally use crown or Dulux but Wilko's is just as good

The paint on my wall colours my living room. If you meant what colour is my living room then it's natural hessian by dulux.

My paint is called Monet Twilight. It's a pale blue. White bookshelves, dark brown couch, armchair with a kind of floral print.

Another homebase paint fan here too, homebase stone slightly darker than dulux natrual hessian, lovely warm tone but not dark, white ceiling & antique white satin on woodwork.

I was just about to start this thread! I have fresh, bare, lining paper up, and have painted the ceiling, picture rail and cornice in white. I cannot decide on a colour and need something sharpish so that my joiner can get in to build shelves.

I like pale-ish colours, but with enough of a contrast against the white. Vaguely thinking about blues, greens and neutrals but there's so much flaming choice I am tired just thinking about it.
