Can anyone tell me if it is very big, and if there is much of a walk from the car park to the place itself?

Trying to decide whether or not to take a pushchair for 2.4yo. He resists the pushchair (to put it mildly) but is going through a very irritating 'wanting to be carried everywhere' phase. If there's a lot of walking I will need to take a pushchair I fear.

It is not very big. They hire out pushchairs. Car park is very close to entrance. Might be worth taking food with you as it is quite pricey and we thought poor quality (cold when finally arrived and not very tasty. Can be long queues to get in, so booking over the internet is quite a good idea. Also, there is a huge waterslide with boats, kids love it, but you will get soaked (both of you), so spare clothes and towels for both recommended. We also had face painting which was very poor and the paint stained clothes. However, we would recommend it because there are quite a few nice rides, but it is one of those places where you will probably only go once.

I agree it's not very big, although it may not seem that way if you are carrying a 2 year old about. There is a train that goes around the park which we found very useful!

Thank you all. It was much smaller than I expected (a good thing). I took it, and ds2 refused to go in, but it was very useful for transporting everyone's bags.

One of the park workers got decapitated on that train a couple of years ago. He was standing up as it went through a tunnel.

And it's a very short walk to the Cathedral of Trees from Gullivers Land car park. It's lovely there
