PLEASE can somebody take pity and help me - where on earth to go in Summer half term with kids aged 11, 9 and 7?

I'm really struggling to find somewhere and am hoping some lovely Mumsnetters can help me narrow things down. Criteria are:

warm enough to swim in may
swimming pool
grouped apartments or villas/gites but not too many
nice gardens to run about in
within 15 min drive of a beach
ideally something else to do on site like tennis/table tennis/boules etc

Any ideas??

We're off to majorca with simpson at summer half term - with 3 dc's in a villa (and free car upgrade with mn discount).

They've been brilliant - I just phoned them with my requirements/budget and they came up with various options.

My bet is Algarve - this villa (Algarve villas with James )is about 15 min drive from a beach, great garden to run around in, private pool (heated), you will have access to tennis court, golf, fitness center - def ticks some of your boxes And May is fantastic time to go - you can still walk around in the middle of a day and not sweat your clothes off!

That one isn't available at half-term though...there's not a lot left now, I couldn't see anything on Simpsons either.
