We're going in 4 days! Look out for coupon booklets in hotel lobbies, fast food restaurants etc which can give you discounts at various restuarants and attractions. It may be worth getting a free Orlando Magicard
www.orlandoinfo.com/magicard/ to get other discounts. Undercover tourist apparently is the best place for Disney discounts but you need to sign up to the Mouse Savers email newsletter to get the best discounts for Disney tickets apparently

Hope that helps a bit!

Agree ref coupon booklets, always outside restaurants and supermarkets.

I always go to places like Sizzler and Ponderosa restaurants that do eat all you can buffets really cheap. Brilliant for fussy kids as there is ALWAYS something they like. There are always coupons for 10% off in the booklets. Also, if you take your receipt back next time you get another discount.
There are a few sizzler and ponderosas scattered around the main roads (192 or I drive)
Breakfast is around $4 or $5 for as much as you can eat and we tend to stuff ourselves stupid there on days we are going to a park and therefore don't need lunch.

Dinner is from around $10 for a steak, chicken and all you can eat salad, pasta, other hot buffet items and fruit and ice cream.
