How old os too old for Disney?

Thinking of going to DLP next Easter holidays with some friends.
Between us we have six children ranging from 3 to 12.
I'm just wondering if the older ones will get much out of it.
Obviously, the littles will have a fab time,- but is it all mickey mouse and princessy? Afraid we're going to have some bored older kids on our hands with not a lot suitable for
them!
Just in the planning stages for this,so may change our minds, and go elsewhere.
Anyone have experience of going to disney with mixed age group children?

No there's stuff for older ones to do too. DD (10) was worried about this. You have things like Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, the stunt show is a MUST, and many other things.

never too old.

Er...when you're dead?

The only 'hitch' I can see is waiting around for rides. Can't imagine the older ones will enjoy waiting for little ones to ride, and vice versa. And their can be alot of waiting for the popular rides.

No idea if it would be an option for older ones to go off on together, ride whatever they want and meet you in a certain place at a certain time? Haven't been to DLP so don't know if that is 'safe'.

Or, perhaps the adults can split up and some go with younger kids and some with older kids.

You're never too old - my mum is 60 and still loves it!!!
Basically everyone becomes a big kid so it doesn't matter..
For older kids there are some good rollercoasters and rides - not amazing ones but they'll fill a need for thrills..
There is truely something for everyone

Are you thinking florida or paris? If florida there are some good waterparks and also you have universal studios where they're due to open harry potter world next year and the coasters are fab!
hth
oh and btw i find [www.thedibb.co.uk this site]] brilliant for helping to plan a trip to either florida or paris

Never too old for disney.

I'm 27 and DP is 32 we both love Disney we are going to Florida with DD next year. We are more excited than she is

Never too old. As earlybird says, if the older ones can go off on their own on rides should be ok.
We went to DLP last July with DC then aged 16, 13, 2.9 and 5 months. 1 and 2 buggered off for most of the time, only coming back when they ran out of money

Must say I prefer Florida to DLP though

Thanks for all the replies. That's really reasurring!!
Hoping to book something up after Christmas.
Will be something to look forward to in the dark dreary months of January and Februry.
