Fantasyland caters v well for tots. I'm pregnant so spent most of the time here with my 14 month old while my dh took our 6yr old on the more exciting rides. The Dumbo and teacup rides are quite tame and its a small world is v sweet. Also we liked Pinocchio. Theres a train ride as well and you can get on and off paddy wagon cars all over the park. Theres a few playparks as well and a cruise in Frontierland. We didn't go to any shows but the characters all dance at a scheduled time on a big platform thingy. There are cartoons going on indoors too which I quite liked as it was v hot and a bit overwhelming sometimes.

Ooh, I loved 'Its a Small World', great for littlies. And DD met Princess Aurora. I mean actually met and chatted to and kissed on the cheek. It's all about seeing their little faces. I dare you not to cry!

Peter Pan ride was good, but dark. You can pay through the nose to have lunch with the princesses and they dance with their handsome princes. It costs about £50 per adult and £30ish for children. But I really don't think you need to pay any extra to meet and greet.

Phantom Mansion was horrid (as its meant to be). A ghost train done very well, especially if you are a big wuss like me

We all loved Buzz's Laser Blast (even 4 yo DD), and went on it loads using baby-switch and fast-passes.

Studios were good for a quieter day, the food was a little better (you could at least get soup) and the tram ride and stunt show were brilliant.

I really can't wait to go back.

The 'sit-down' restaurants in the Wild West area are much, much better value than the burger and chips fast food outlets around the rest of the park. We booked the table service restaurant which is quite expensive but they do a rapid lunch - I recall about £20 for a (decent) steak, chips and a coffee. It was advertised outside but not on the menu once we sat down so we had to ask!

Compared to about £8 for cold chicken nuggets and chips in a cardboard box in a packed open air seating area, I thought that was good value and meant we had an hour or so's rest in the middle of the day.
