Soft play area in Waltham Abbey, Essex

Can you advise me if anyone has been to a new play area that has opened in the Waltham Abbey area? I think it is called Fire Station?? If you do know anything about it, is it good as I was thinking of taking DD2 there tomorrow.

Hi everyone,I have been to Firehouse Play Centre in Waltham Abbey many times but I won?t be going there again. I had my daughter?s birthday party there last Saturday and have been very disappointed. The party supposed to start at 9:30, but the gate was closed until 9:40. We have been waiting outside for 25 min. as they ask you to come 15 min. before the party starts. There was no apology at all. I only had 6 kids at the party but paid for 10 and ask the manager if I could get some pizzas for adults instead as promised by member of his staff before the party. I was verbally abused, and told that staff cannot make this kind of decisions. At the end I just got 2 margarita pizzas only because it was written on my booking. We have waited for ages to get it. The plates were dirty and I had to ask for them to be changed.
Overall very disappointing. Bad service and rude management. Definitely will not go there again.
