South coast caravan/holiday parks

I am thinking of taking the kids (6 and 3) to a holiday park this summer. Last time I was in a caravan I was 8 years old and I guess things have moved on since then (outside loos and shower blocks etc!!). I am a single parent now and ideally would like to go to a friendly park with a swimming pool, near to a beach, possibly with some organised activities/entertainment for me and the kids. Any suggestions gratefully received.

We went to a Eurocamp site last year & it was excellent - they do have some in the UK (not quite sure where though - definately one in Cornwall), very high standard, comfortable and with lots of activities for children. Sorry I can't be more specific.

There is a brilliant park in Dorset near Lulworth Cove called Sandford Park. It is run by a company called West Star Holidays (we actually booked the first time through the Hoseasons brochure). They have an indoor pool, tons of entertainment & the staff were lovely. Ccaravans vary in price from a budget 1 bed to a luxury one sleeping 12 people.

We're going to 2 different Haven sites this year, they are running some half price deals. Most of their parks are geared up for entertaining children. Have a look at their site Here

Neena, we have gone two years running with Hoseasons, definitely worth looking at their website or brochure.

Thank you very much for all your suggestions. I have collected a Hoseasons brochure and they seem to have loads of nice looking sites on the south coast. Many thanks again for the help.
